My file was neglected, I had to struggle for my basic living rights to get prescriptions, weekly payments etc. Every time I called and tried to explain, the office staff would say, "This is the way we do things". I needed a significant neck surgery, and needed an emergency hearing, which I had to personally arrange!!!
