We were led to believe he would be hands on with our fence and instead, after paying 26,000 we were handed off to someone else. Fence install was right before Christmas 2025, and we were assured that they could install without problems in spite of the snow. They were NOT the installers. They sub contracted out to another company. They hacked numerous plants. Installed ridiculous small hinges ( not meant for big posts & gates) panels are crooked. 1/2 cane bolt installed for 10 ft gates. We have a trash can holding the gate from blowing. 1 panel is coming down and its hanging now with all the snow we just got. We have tried to have them come and fix but have b... 7.
