The extraordinary length of time was a result of complicated permitting issues with the demolition of the house and a waterfront bulkhead. All of the ordinary procedures were compounded by Covid, but luckily we had Denise Schoen and her paralegal Astrid Edwards as our lawyers working on our behalf. Not only were they extremely professional and knowledgeable with all the timely issues that came up, but more important, they were patient and courteous when explaining all the details in coordinating the expediter and excavator involved in the completion of the project. The closing was quick and easy because Denise was ready and fully prepared with all the different documents needed on our behalf and was also able to quickly coordinate all the aspects of the documents from the other representatives present.
