The work they do is done the right way and is done to the customers satisfaction.15. I had an appointment for an estimate. I waited an hour. Then I left. They did not call me. When I contacted them he did not offer a real apology, but instead made an excuse. He said he had apartments in NYC with an “emergency” but yet he never bothered to even call me to let me know. He got ahold of me FOUR days later to reschedule, and when i asked what a good day was, it took him over two days to get back to me after I asked. No thanks! When you get work done, you want someone dependable and reliable—that’s not this business. Plus, look at the other bad reviews. He has a “comment” for every bad review and his responses are not professional either. He calls one guy “dude” and tries to argue with the man over a review. This tells you a lot already. If you don’t value your time, go ahead and use him.
