The staff was very kind, and Donna, the paralegal, offered excellent support. Greatly appreciate you folks. Thank you very much!! 2 stars, based on the help we had that was very good back in 2013. Fast forward to 2025/2026 and my opinion of K,W, and N has greatly changed. When we bought our home in 2013, we were very happy with the communication and service provided by this firm. We used them again for the sale of our house in 2025. Communication was TERRIBLE, to say the least. I had to constantly try to get information about our closing, find out what was needed, and was very frustrated by a lack of response to emails and calls that I sent. I eventually included the attorney in my emails and started getting some response, but it was still not tremendously helpful in calming our nerves during the stressful time. This year, I emailed early in January to be sure the firm had our current address so we could receive our 1099-S tax form by the time our tax prep was to be done. My email was met with crickets, so I emailed again a couple of weeks later, and again, cc'd the lawyer. I specifically gave them our CURRENT address which after they finally responded received the response, “Thank you.” That was it. We still did not get the form after I diligently tried to make sure they had the information ahead of time. I was assured that the paralegal would check that it was mailed. I never heard back from them and never received the form... until today. Well after the date I told them I needed it by. It was sent to the wrong address. So much for advocating for what we needed. Ah well, they got their cut. That's all they cared about, obviously. I don't know. Maybe they got too big for their britchesillance the way they got too big for their former space. Save yourself some grief. Find another firm... Good luck.3. closed on a house supposedly …. I have not received a HUD statement after asking for it 4 times It has been three days from the closing date I do not have funds in my account. No one answers their phone. She covered the items for me to make tge deal happen, gave me full confidence in her knowledge base, attention to details to consider, laid out the general process. Melissa went above and beyond to try and keep both parties satisfied and did an excellent job explaining things whenever I didn't understand something or had questions. It was a long and exhausting process but thank you both, I appreciate it more than you know!7.
