He allowed an 8 year old to choose what was best so he chose no structure, and no rules over being where he needed to be. My son now lives with some friend some where school telling me he’s failing and cause he’s 16 NY says there’s nothing I can do. Well, there was a lot I could do for him eight years ago. I have 2 other children that I could go on and on about their accomplishments but you choose to take my son who lived in NC safely with me and keep him in Elmira system for what?? 4. I by no means am implying that you are not doing a great job. The problem is is there's not enough time for the children or the parent that's actually taking the time to look out for the child's well-being and what's in the best interest of the child to get the point across to the attorney and get them the information that they need. instead it's more of a Russian and out the door, there used to be a time where a situation the client is disabled any attorney used to come make accommodations for those clients and now it seems like the best interest of the client isn't at heart if the amount of time they're allowed to take on that case. Which needs to change because that takes the fact that the best interest of the client is no longer being taken to Heart being that it boils down to time and money rather than efficiency and productivity. 14.
