When an unforeseen issue arose, they went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and diligently. Jan Arden oversaw every step, and as promised, the job was completed ahead of schedule. FHI has also done other projects for me—roof, steps, sidewalk, and furnace—all done perfectly. Luckily, I was referred to Family Home Improvement. My experience was excellent from start to finish. John was respectful of my small job and professional in every way. I would like to first say that my project was spontaneous. Considering the pressure I had to get all things done within a 3 week time frame Family Home Improvement got the job done and it turned out Fabulous!! My basement flooring was a complete mess prior to getting started which had many imperfections in the concrete that needed to be leveled out from the time I moved here in 2016. I also needed a new staircase because to original was unsightly. On the outside of my house I needed new gutter, soffit, facia, and trim. Family Home Improvement also had no issues with my add on requests involving electrical and light plumbing work. All work was completed to my satisfaction, and the clean up was handled nicely. One of the workers did a fantastic job daily while completing my project and I really appreciate all of his dedication which was a delight. The project Manager Adam also went above and beyond to make sure all my needs and concerns were met throughout the entire project. I knew for sure I was in great hands and not once did I feel abandoned during the experience. Adam also took care of additional concerns without hesitation and made sure that I was an ultimate happy customer.
