Very good experience. 5. Do not hire Dan Henry. I told Dan to get records from the police to prove my innocence and in the end he never tried to get anything. Dan is full of excuses for his negligence. Do not trust Dan with your money. He ruined my life. ETA Response: Dan did not obtain all available data and videos, audios, dispatch, or the 911 call about the stop, which were absolutely in his job. The only data is in the falsified and inaccurate police report, and Dan, according to himself, did nothing to help his client. I worked hard for the thousands of dollars Dan was given to defend me. Dan never collected any evidence to prove my innocence and is available in the above statement. Dan Henry originally told me the police can't do what they did and he will have the charges dropped. He should have declined the case if he didn't have the tenacity, confidence, skill, or information to win. He took my money and put in a poor effort with no regard for the damage to me and my family. 6. Do not hire Dan Henry.
