User Review Summary: I wish Friday Saturday and Sunday were not 24 hours, they should at least let Friday and Saturday. People who come out late from their jobs. Petty staff! I can't stand voiding1. I love how big this gym is and how the Machines are set but I couldn't get over the smell. At first, I thought ok maybe it's ventilation problem but then as I'm working on one of the rooms I see black mold running rampant above the big windows they have. Sad I want to come back to that gym but it's not worth dealing with the smell and a Health issue on top of that2. I usually don't go to planet fitness but this is an elite gym. Everything you need and very spacious.3. Planet Fitness locations have been criticized for poor cleanliness/poor smell. Because of that, many people avoid this gym more often because of the fear of health complications, especially after noticing mold in some parts, including the mold that is above the big windows. Potential clients may avoid the gym due to health and odor.4. Want to keep healthy.5. I gave it 2 stars because the ELLIPTICAL FELL APART WHILE I WAS USING IT Plus the ellipticals are all off-center and rock when you use them, adding to the feeling of unsafety. It's a shame that this is the closest gym to me with my busy lifestyle. I really have no choice but to come here.6. Haven't gone to PF in over a year now but money is still being withdrawn from my account. Went to all the PF I've worked out at and cannot cancel my account. Have contacted the Better Business Bureau but no response.7. This place from clientele to broken machines and dirty bathrooms. Definitely the bottom of the barrel planet fitness.8. Affordable9. Handicap shower is broken. Safer to use a regular one because the part that holds the shower head cracked off. This has been an issue for months. Now it just sits on the floor all day I almost slipped trying to pick it up with my bad back. Another person mentioned people parking in handicap spaces. Teenagers will sit there blasting their speakers catcalling young women in their cars. They need to be more mindful of the senior community.10. Handicap shower is broken.
