You're better off retaining a public defender than this man. I don't understand how you've been practicing law for 38 years and only have 5 reviews, or aren't respected by court prosecutors. This man sold me the dream in his office in March of 2023. He mentioned how he knows the judge, and court prosecutors, and can quote on quote "TAKE CARE OF IT". I've realized on my 3rd court appearance that I was cooked with this man by my side. He literally just walks into court says his first and last name, and the address where he practices that's it. I've reached out to a lot of former prosecutors that are defense attorneys now, and they all mentioned he has no reputation or experience defending clients charged with DWI. Be warned do not and I mean DO NOT retain this un-experienced attorney you will regret it. He will lie his way into taking your money because we're all the reason he's still in business our money pays his bills, so he'll do what he can to retain any client he can have his eyes on. On the downside of things his partner Adipetro who was an attorney and his business partner was arrested and charged with defrauding clients, so that goes to show "how good is office is" If you're reading this Guy Allen, do better, and put some damn effort in your cases, or go back to law school to study how to defend clients charged with DWI.
