Customer reviews: 1. *********SCAM******* ordered all new windows and a glass sliding door. The windows that arrived were not the correct ones and had to be sent back. A few of the correct arrived damaged, and many were too big. Very poor customer service. I was told to take it up with their attorney. Never do business with them if you know what’s good for you. If you don’t believe me just call them and ask about their reviews, they get extremely defensive. 2. Bought a house with several custom doors, beautifully crafted, steel reinforced, double paned. The doors were a major selling point of the property, considering the price point for that level of quality. After closing, there was some ‘settling’ and one set of double custom doors we realised, were drooping due to incorrect installation by the developer. We found out who had designed and machined the doors and contacted them directly to remediate the problem. Glad I followed our contractor’s advice to stick with the original makers to fix the problem, because they were able to identify and remediate the issue with precision and efficacy. Unfortunately they waited an hour for access to the workspace- but maintained a level of courtesy and professionalism as if we were on time. The kindness and pleasant attitudes were seasoning on top of successfully executed service. Thank you! 3. We had such excellent service from Simon in Arizona, and are really happy with our Lumen windows here in Los Angeles. I was very impressed when they came over to do the install, and we keep getting compliments on our European style, tilt and turn windows. Such high quality, and they look really sleek. Highly recommend their windows! 4. I am very happy with the work the company did for two of my companies. I do highly recommend their services. 5.
