Venture Home Customer Feedback Review: 1. After 6 months, my house still has damages from the solar panels they promised to fix, and now they're avoiding liability. 2. STAY AWAY! I wish I could review lower than one star! Simply put, the roof system they installed does not work as advertised and is costing us more money than we would have spent without it. Good luck getting a response from anyone to address any issues. We had one phone call to discuss the problem, and afterward they scheduled a meeting months in advance and never showed up. In the interim, we had to continue paying for an underperforming system and our regular electric bills because they claimed "they are not responsible for used electricity." It's a truly horrible company with the worst customer service. 3. They explained the tax refund in a clear and easy way, but it was not correct. I also believe that they over-promised the expected energy production. Communication became incredibly difficult after the panels were installed on my roof. It seems like after the installation, customer service goes away. It is very frustrating to get answers or help with anything. I suggest that any potential customers thoroughly review all paperwork from this company, independently verify the tax credit, and confirm that any promises received are in the contract before agreement. 4. "This is the worst company you could ever dream of doing business with. No one returns calls. They sold me an entire $30k residential system and undersized it. They were not willing to fix the system. AVOID THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT! They would get zero stars if that was possible. 5. DO NOT USE...... my experience has been horrendous. They will not call you back or respond to your emails. We love this.idea that we you could get iReusable electricity from pseg every year if your system generated extra electricity by check but the unit price will be very less but pseg mention after 2018 this program is no more eligible and you get only meter reading every month . which will not be more than a 15 dollar but after 6 months it increasered. They mention the extra rate was paid according to the ny state law. Try to avoid these people . 6. Never believe these sales. Give wrong promise about charge. Venture Solar’s associate mentioned that you could get redeemelectric units from pseg every year if your system generated extra electricity through a check, but the unit price will be very less. Pseg’s website states that after 2018, this program is no longer eligible, and you can only redeem the meter rent every month. This will be around 49cents, or about 15 dollars a month. After six months, Pseg started sending bills for almost double the amount. When I spoke with them, they said an extra charge was put in place according to NY state law in 2022. The first six months were no charge due to a system glitch. 7. When I speak with them they mention the extra charge was eligible according to the ny state law from 2022 from the start you should pay meter rent and like this when I told them about the electricity unit you_15234they mention about extra charge and when i talked to pseg they mention about the change in the law due to which i have to pay 2 times as per their law verification by yourself to confirm about pseg law Also mention they never respond to your emails and even they didn't send any official mail about the extra charge try to avoid this people they give wrong commitments to you. 9. The sales representatives are not honest. They make a lot of false promises to get you to sign with them. After installation, they do not respond to any emails. They have not even provided the needed connections after the installation. In short, a customer is on his own after you sign up with them. PSEG is about to cut my power because they have failed to provide the needed connections after the installation. Please try a different company. Venture solar is not reliable. 10. They make a lot of promises just to get you signed up with them. After completing the installation, they don't even respond to your emails. They have refused to send technicians to fix the problem caused by their installation. They do not accept their mistakes and have not even compensated me for the losses caused by their system. 11. You can only contact them through [their email address] or mobile number. They installed the equipment on my house and left without saying anything. They ask for an online review, which they have failed to see. They always claim that their system is not at fault, and the mistake is from my side, which is a lie. Task 3 12. I would not recommend trying to do business with Venture Solar. They have the worst customer service I have experienced. The installation of the solar panels on my roof was a disaster, and the led to some damages. Since then, the company has refused to repair the damage caused by their technicians. The company is irresponsible to its customers. They always make empty promises just to get you signed up with them. They lie about most of the features of their systems, for example, I was promised a monthly check of $15, which I have never received, and when I called them, they denied such claims. Also, the check they promise you is far much less than $15, which is too low. More so, they forgot some equipment at my house. When I contacted them they said they will come and pick them after some weeks, but it's now one month, they have never come. I have tried to contact them through their email, but they have never replied to my email. I ave also tried to contact them through their phone number, but the phone is always off. They are a bunch of scammers. I regret doing business with them. 13. Task 1 White glove experience Success Criteria: Steps of the project that were well done: Direct involvement of the founder and maintenance of the process during the whole project Opportunities to improve the project: May easily scuffle with maintenance Duration: 6 months Bewildering task - High complexity Resources: Summary: We were completely satisfied with the efforts the company made to ensure the project was successful, especially in the tricky areas of immediate success and control. We really appreciate the efforts, and promise to achieve the same success in the next task, but in a shorter time due to our strategy on this. Failure to this, we are determined to maintain our perfection as we strive for success. Task 2 But the best example that we can see is the founding of the institution named Home Venture. In conclusion, the company was established to generate the training of intellectuals who contribute to the development of projects that are seen. The institution is created to the board of the development institution.
