We hired Xtraire to install our new central a/c, heat pump & new thermostat. They were amazing in every way! Jason thoroughly explained all our possible options to help us choose the best system for us. The technicians that arrived to do the job were fantastic! Always working clean & neat, even brought in their own vacuum to clean up after job was complete. They also were very thorough explaining our new system & how to use the new thermostat they installed as well. Customer service is excellent!! Always, kind, helpful & an absolute pleasure to speak with. 100% recommend Xtraire to anyone for their a/c & heating services! Excellent customer service. Found the issue and resolved it the same day. Can’t thank them enough; it was disgustingly hot!! I had a very disappointing experience with XTraire and ultimately terminated the relationship in 2023. I was charged nearly $9,400 to fully replace a Trane XR15 unit, a price well above industry norms for residential replacement. After wiring payment the day after installation, I was shocked to receive a second invoice for around $3,300 for parts and labor used to attempt to repair the old unit, parts which were no longer even on the property. When I questioned the validity of that charge, I was met with a demand letter. To justify the amount, Jay, the owner’s son, claimed their overhead was $470 per hour, which speaks volumes. In my view, the service lacked transparency, the pricing was excessive, and the follow-up was aggressive and unprofessional. I would caution others to get multiple bids and ensure all charges are disclosed upfront before proceeding with any work. Sam was polite and professional. He arrived on time, explained what was wrong with my AC and got our system back up and running. Thanks for the great service. Excellent service. Always happy with Xtraire!
