Ettinger Law Firm Customer Feedback: 1. Clear and answered every question, 2. Michael Ettinger is just awesome. He is experienced, knows everything and is very personable. He has your back. I left his office after our visit feeling like a burden was lifted. I feel the path is much much clearer now & I appreciate that. 4. My family was a client of Ettinger Law Firm for many years. Unfortunately, my mother was dying from stage four cancer and we met with the firm twice (at the firms request) during a very difficult time. The treatment given to my father and myself, in office, was, in my opinion, nothing short of offensive, rude and dismissive. I also did not care for how my father, a great man going through the loss of his dear wife, was treated. I was also emailed by the firm to remove my review. This is my personal experience. 5. Vert rewarding experience. Met with Michael Ettinger, and he took all the time needed to explain how Elder Plans work, and what we need to do to protect ourselves. He asked all the questions needed to get a full understanding of whom we are, and what we're trying to accomplish. Very professional and understanding. 6. Very professional, helpful and informative. Great customer service. Customer is first and patience and a personal experience with the answers you seek provided. 7. Very friendly and organized. They provide written instructions and consultations to explain the process and ensure all the necessary documents are completed, both legal and personal(ie. final instructions). 8. Great place to visit and get excellent advice for state planning. After interviewing other attorneys I felt very comfortable with Michael and his colleagues. 9. We went to the dinner, then the free consultation, then to the office to start the process, then to the signing. These four visits were done in a very timely manner. We were always met with kindness, wisdom, and compassion. Suzanne was perfect and we so appreciate her and her firm. Thank you so very much. 10. In dealing with Suzanne Ettinger I felt like I was in good hands. She asked the questions needed to get a full understanding of whom I am, and what I'm trying to accomplish. Then, she gave me a written consultation with the process and all of the necessary steps to get the job done. Her staff were so very helpful, understanding and compassionate. They treated me with respect and a professional and helpful manner. I was very pleased with the level of service I was provided and I would not hesitate to recommend Ettinger Law Firm to anyone who wants the same detailed and professional level of attention that I received.
