He was supposed to have provided me a copy of the proposed order to review two weeks prior to the signing, the post-mark on the envelope from his office is two days after the judge had signed it. It is filled with typos including calling his male client “her” and parties spelled as “paries”. These errors could have been caught had he properly done his job. He didn’t bother including things that had been ordered into the order and simply attached the ENTIRE transcript as exhibit B. He doesn’t return the call of his clients and despite having been provided my new address he was still mailing things to the old. Upon review of the initial filing his client (hilariously for me) received NONE of the things they had asked for, despite me appearing without counsel. I have AP contacted the Judicial grievance board to report his lack of diligence, but I hope others with use caution before giving him their money only to be severely disappointed.”
