ACR Pro Contractors

Feedback Summary: I used ACR contractors to renovate my apartment after a flood from the holidays. Al has been wonderful in communicating with me the renovation progress and keeping me in the loop. I checked in with their work periodically during the renovation period and the detail of the work is incredible. I had brand new flooring installed, and the details on the corners are great. They even cleaned up as much compound and renovation dust as possible for me after the job was finished. Al checked in on me after as well to ensure I was happy with the work. If you want honest hard working contractors for your renovation needs, ACR is the one to choose! ACR was a referral from a friend. Al and his team were very professional, detail oriented and finished the job on time. They installed framing for doors and windows as well and vinyl flooring for a rental property. They aren't cheap but you can feel secure that it will be done right the first time. I would use ACR again in the future and recommend them to others. It’s a bummer to be writing this, I really got along with Al, but he never finished the job. Has been telling me for 18 months he is going to come back and finish, but clearly he’s not going to. After being ghosted by a couple contractors who just stopped responding, we found ACR through searching around online and we are very glad we did. Al was super responsive, professional, thorough, and answered all of our questions. He was able to schedule us in quickly. Al's guys were professional and fixed what we needed. I would definitely recommend ACR! Glad I went with ACR Pro! Al, Junior and their team did a great job fixing my bathroom. It was improperly installed by the original contractor and ACR Pro fixed it all so now everything looks great and works properly. I also really appreciated all their suggestions on which products to get. Even at the end, they cleaned up everything and things were better than before. Very educational process and I highly recommend them!
