They ghosted me on every date they gave me with zero prior communication, despite promises of a call back. At one point I wondered if they had gone out of business. I finally called and made a fuss. When they finally installed the window I paid them promptly, only to get a call the very next day to ask me where the payment was. I updated to 4 stars, since they did try to reach out. Updated from 4/21/2025 I contacted Anna at affordable window repair on March 28. Was only able to get someone to take a look on April 9. I called and emailed multiple times to get follow up estimate. Each time, Anna mentioning they will reply soon with estimate. It’s now April 21st ( over 3 weeks). I understand that maybe my 1 window repair job is not worth their time, but would just appreciate that they tell me. I guess, if you have a one window repair job, might not be the best company to use. Reviewed on 4/23/2025 Anna and Nick both called and provided review of work and cost.
