Customer Feedback Customer feedback summary: 1. I'm very satisfied with the work Mighty Roof did on our house. Although the work was delayed due to the weather. Daniel always updated us on the work to be done. Once started the crew did an outstanding job with the work and the cleanup afterward. Also, kudos to Danny, Max, and Marco. I highly recommend the company for all your Roofing, Siding, and Gutters.2. To busy to take my service, even thought the company did two roofing jobs for me3. I had to file a harassment police report about Anthony the VP of this company. Both brothers threatened me. They are a 'churn and burn' operation, wanting to just quickly throw another layer on your roof. NYC building code only permits 3. But they don't care. If you question them they will threaten you. If you have a brownstone/town house, odds are your roof should be removed and installed correctly. Demand that the contractor take a sample (cut a plug) so you can see what is going on. first picture is a plug, second is to demonstrate what kind of situation these guys say it is okay to roof over....4. Very reliable and professional, looking forward to my next project.5. There's a reason why these guys have a 5 star streak. The owner showed up regularly over a 3 day job to check up on the team and the work. He's still involved with ensuring the job is done well and that presence gave me confidence it's a great job. Now just waiting for a lot of rain to test it out and I am reasonably confident they don't need to return for repairs. Everyone had their uniform on so we knew who worked for the company and not just any random stranger walking up to the house. Daily clean up and sweep of shards was also appreciated as well as expeditious hauling away trash at the end of each day.6. Spoke with owner Daniel, great and professional service, on time, followed up on a concern, reasonable, competent company, employees are top notch.7. Danny did a great job repairing my 20+ year old gutter. Along with his coworker, they completed their quality work as agreed. Would highly recommend them.8. I had the fascia, soffit and gutter replaced at the front of the house. Very professional! They did such a great job and cleaned up after they finished. Everything looks wonderful. Highly recommend.9. I recently had my fascia board repaired and new garage gutters installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The workmanship was excellent from start to finish. The fascia board was replaced perfectly and looks solid and seamless, and the new gutters were installed with great attention to detail. The crew was professional, punctual, and respectful of my property. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job and made sure everything was properly secured and functioning as it should....
