Purchased a $1,000 Ariens snowblower which the box was opened. The employee promised me it wasnt used and would work. Got home. Put together only to realize that it doesnt start at all. Engine completely shot. Doesn't turn on what so ever. Now we have 14 inches of snow coming, all lowes are out of stock on this blower model, everyone at each store wants me to spend another $800 - $1500 for a higher model. So my choices are now, spend more money on different model or pay the snow removal company $375 to do my driveway. Totally unacceptable. Pick up was an absolutely nightmare and now this blower. This blower wont start. And lowes wants me to spend another $1k + Im extremely disappointed with this service. 10. They had a great selection of tools I could not find at Home Depot or other stores. Specifically, they had a 6 3/8” hole saw that no one else had in stock. Also, very well stocked and organized for PEX fittings. 11. Patrick in your loading had a big fight with my husband in which patrick was cursing and him and was threating to fight him even so much as asking my husband to go out side so they can fight. Patrick was screaming yelling and crusing at my husband. we buy alot from lowes being a pro but we will not any more at least not this lowes. I have just read some of these reviews they show that the manager shannon loper does not know how to run this store. I will be calling her tomorrow as she is off today. 12. Love this place ...easy to find things plenty of help , return policy is fantastic if you have a Lowe's account... 13. Ordered online and the confirmation email sent to me said I could have curbside pick up. When going through to the next page there was no longer an option to do curbside pick up. I went inside to get my item from customer service and the associate assured me that someone would walk it out to my car. When the associate who was supposed to walk it out to my car got there he refused to deliver it to my car saying that it’s not the way I ordered the item. 15. Due to the heavy snowfall, I temporarily parked in your parking lot. A bald snow removal worker in his forties used insulting and racist language towards me. I will come back tomorrow to file a physical complaint with the store manager about this incident. This situation is damaging to your store's corporate image.
