Botox completely wore off within one month, and the clinic offered no solution, adjustment, or attempt to work with me. The clinic itself and staff are welcoming, which makes this review hard to write. I've been getting Botox for years, although I don't get it frequently (about once a year). It has always lasted at least 4 months. This time, I only wanted to soften two horizontal lines on my forehead and keep the units as low as possible (20 units), which is why I declined higher unit recommendations. I came back for a follow-up and agreed to a small touch-up. Still, within one month, it was like I didn't do it before, which is new to me. I sent in photos and concerns, and was invited back only to hear that I “probably needed more units,” without adjusting or correcting anything or trying to work with me in any way. Results can vary, so it was really surprising that there was no accountability or effort to fix it.11. Had the most seamless and completely pain-free laser hair removal treatment!!
