Michelle Myles is praised as an exceptional artist. All customers said the environment was inviting and the museum was fascinating. Services received during the visits were pleasant and smooth, from walk-ins and special events to appointments. Several artists, including Yoon, were mentioned by name and complimented. They are professional, engaged with customers and provide an excellent tattoo experience. Many thank Michelle for their newest artwork. That tattoo and all others the artist has done have not shown significant wear, even after many years. The customer was charged a fair price for the service, and there was free museum access. It was a fantastic experience for many people, and they expressed their desire to return there. One individual was driven to the studio as it is very far from him. The customer enjoyed the tattooing process and afterward, more than expected, and he got the chance to see other beautiful tattoos. Many customers mention the art form’s history being depicted we here. One client posted a negative review on February 21, 2020. The studio is described as “extremely unhygienic” and “not a safe environment.” This person fell ill with an infection after their visit, and they would not return. The customers from this post are the studio’s third worst remark. The worst review posted says the studio is responsible for an infectious side tattoo. This person had pus coming out of the affected area and had to seek immediate medical attention. He was ill for two weeks and still has scarring from the tattoo. The infection occurred even after the customer properly applied sterilizing soap to the area and followed other aftercare instructions. Michelle Myles personally performed the work, and the surroundings were clean while the procedures were taking place. I never saw anyone wear gloves, and this left an unsanitary residue in the area. I was then told that the problem was my body rejecting the ink. The customer was given a staph infection cream for the infection, but I had to buy another antibiotic infection from home. He would feel more at ease if he knew the sterile steps are being followed. During my consultation, I was not sure of the ink’s long term effects on my body. I am afraid of getting another disease or something worse from my tattoo, so I will never return to this studio again.
