The Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group is very clean and efficiently run, with a compassionate and skilled staff. Both long-time clients and first-time visitors appreciate good treatment and the Clinic has weathered the COVID19 storm. The vet, the whole staff, from the front desk receptionist to the vet are professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. Many pet owners are happy with how good the clinic communicates with us, not making us feel like we’re unwise for needing explanations. The clinic follows up regularly to ensure that their patients are doing well. The clinic is respected for meeting the pets’ needs and the owners’ and it has put many a pet owner at ease. Unfortunately, some clients have expressed concern about the current COVID-9 practice that limits the number of people in the treated animal’s room. The experience is hard enough, and it was made worse by not having my husband there. The clients biggest concern is the the limited number of people (2) allowed in the room when their animal is being treated. But another client who is happy to know that they are limiting the number of people in a room is grateful. This clinic has an amazing staff that is highly recommended for any pet owner.
