Founded in 1989, INTER-CARE is a private licensed outpatient substance abuse and addiction treatment facility located in Manhattan and Westchester. Mood-altering drugs can help with symptoms like anxiety or sleep disorders, depression, mood dysregulation, insomnia, depression, and pain management.
