Home owners and subcontractors, beware of knockout renovations or you will be sorry . If you are a home owner and you are considering using this company, read up on all the bad and negative reviews all across the many different home renovations sites that offer guidance and reviews of home improvement contractors. If you are a Subcontractor thinking of doing work for knockout renovations, be aware that the owner will be all nice at the beginning and give you some payments , then they get smaller or stop completely and knockout renovations will make sure that it is you the subcontractor that gets blamed for all of the problems that is actually created by knockout renovations mismanagement of the project. They are very very slow to pay and sometimes refuse to pay for the work completed on their behalf . They have only paid 20% of a job that’s been substantially completed for months . When they have a dispute with the owners about materials that knockout renovations provided to the subcontractor for installation , knockout renovations will eventually blame the subcontractor and use it as an excuse to reduce or not pay the subcontractor. Read all the reviews , there are so many negative and bad reviews of this company. I’m sorry I ever got sucked into providing my services to Knockout renovations as they are by far the worst company I have ever provided services to . By not paying me for my work knockout renovations are stealing my money , money I need to pay my company wages , overheads and provide for my family. I’ll update here in the event that Knockout renovations decide to up their moral standing and pay up the money owed to me for my work .
