La Cabra Coffee was established in Aarhus, Denmark, in 2012. Our Danish modern coffee shop is the first of its kind. Far from the city centre the company began. Our dedicated team consisted of committed people who wanted to introduce something exciting and new to the already flourishing and robust Aarhus culture. This zeal soon turned into obsession for a rapidly growing coffee culture, gradually gaining ground worldwide. In 2013, we started sourcing and roasting our coffee, curious about the next coffee supply chain step. The company's founders grew up in a small town, making honest and unique coffee. We were not influenced from afar—a trait that saw us earn a good reputation in Aarhus, where we operate a bakery and a coffee bar with a dedicated team. As our popularity grew, the company began to attract international attention. La Cabra has become a highly desired coffee roaster. The organisation works together with wholesale partners, each of whom has a great commitment to quality. This long-standing relationship has built a conducive environment for quality and consistency. The partnership offers a transparent and vibrant coffee experience in over 60 cities. Over the past two years, the company has strived to expand its coffee horizons (La Cabra, 2022). The company shifted to a new roastery and established its outlets in New York, Bangkok, and Dubai.
