Customer Reviews Snapshot: 1. Very good 2. I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic. Everyone here is professional, kind, and caring. The dentist explained everything to me: what he was going to do, the tools he was going to use, the sound they make, what to expect from each step, and how to know when it was over. He repeatedly checked in to make sure I was feeling comfortable. I asked many questions, and he was extremely patient, informative, and gracious. I was quite pleased with the results. The clinic is modern, clean, and well-maintained. Scheduling was a breeze and hassle-free. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who seeks the best dental treatment. 3. Receptionist interactions have been unprofessional, with a condescending and dismissive tone. Receptionist concealed multiple errors made by the dentist in the referrals, which considerably delayed correction and normal timelines in my treatment plan.5. OMG, God is good. Called the facility, polite, placed on hold. Young lady tells me she will transfer me to someone as a new client. Lea e son hold for 20 mins with no updates. Called back one time & she picks up with attitude accusing me of “keep calling”…that was untrue. Informs me she is working alone (I can apply if you need someone new & professional). Apologize & tells her I was sorry she is alone but I was not informed. After that I simply ended the call because these are my TEETH. I can’t have unprofessional people playing in my mouth. This office is very unprofessional. I made an appointment in October for November. When I got to the office they said the Dr. Lee was on vacation. So they made an appointment three weeks later. On the day of my appointment for the second time. I got a phone call from Eloise, telling me they do not take my insurance 40 minutes before my appointment. I would find an office more professional beware and do not make an appointment with any of these doctors at New York City dental due to their unprofessionalism. On making appointments. 12. When I realized I needed to finish work and couldn’t come in earlier, I confirmed I would keep my original time. I ran a bit late but still arrived well within the standard 15-minute grace period. It didn’t matter—he had already left before my scheduled appointment. Mind you I was coming from Brooklyn to Manhattan—an hour commute—to make sure I honored my appointment. The level of disregard for my time and effort is outrageous. This was selfish unprofessional and entirely disrespectful. I am disgusted by the way I was treated and will never return as a patient of Dr. Lee. Do not waste your time going to see this dentist. 14. I always worry that I might choke during dental procedures, but he eased my mind and made me feel comfortable. I came in for an exam and cleaning—the service was quick and professional.
