Remarkable spa! Customers are lavishing with praises. Peter and Wendy, my masseurs, gave me and my partner, the best couple massage we ever had. The place is COVID ready and very sterile. The staff there are super lovely, and the massages have a one-of-a-kind touch to them. I really loved them. The foot massage is a must-visit. Their water pressure is excellent, and everything is top-notch. Also, the ladies have good reviews. Jack is the guy to go for a foot massage. I have been to many spas in New York, but this massage parlour is a future go-to for me. The place has a nice relaxing atmosphere which I totally loved. The customer service is splendid, and the flexibility with online times is super convenient. One can also easily book appointments, and the masseuse will be glad to assist you. Will definitely recommend the place to any of my friends. It’s a wonderful experience to have a massage here.

After a long week, my husband and I found "SPA next". When he called they said COUPLE MASSAGE is $90 for 1hr .(no problem) When we arrived we was told we had to pay up-front $140. ($90 + tax and 15 was there tip)
We paid then they started with our massage. The staff did not speak English and it was hard to communicate. The massage was more painful than anything, they staffs were LOUD and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, non stop talking and when they would answer the incoming calls it was on speaker so you could hear the whole conversation. After realizing there would be no Relaxation and the massage hurted I sat up told the staff to stop, he then got his phone so I can translate what was wrong and started putting on my clothes. As we attempted to get dress 5 employee was in the room trying to ask us to stay ( I thought I was in the emergency room for a minute with all the staff in the room)
We left HOWEVER we had to go back because I forgot my wallet, when my husband called to let them know I forgot my wallet the employee who picked up the phone did not respond ITS ONLY WHEN HE SAID WE ARE CALLING THE POLICE IF MY WALLET wasn't returned is when they said okay and buzz us in .
