In 2008, Mike and Adam established Throw Me A Bone to provide New York City residents with a superior, more customized, and more convenient pet-care choice. They had recently left Wall Street to pursue their passion for pets. The business began as a small but successful dog-walking operation on the Upper East Side. By then, it employed ten people. In 2011, Throw Me A Bone had grown to include cat and dog pet-sitting. They also offered in-home dog-walking, grooming, and training in Manhattan. In 2017, the company opened Midtown West's only pet-care facility with complete services. There is a playroom, pet spa, and dog run. We now have 7 locations and employ 35 Pet Care Specialists. Every day, we provide more than 200 services in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens. We are proud to be a key player in enhancing the lives of New York City's pet owners.
