Ti Art Studios

Over 120 Makers and artists in our creative community Ti Art Studios invite you to generate unforgettable experiences with us. Our community was born in 2009, offering affordable workspaces for 10+ years. We are strategically positioned at the confluence of Red Hook and Gowanus, at 183 Lorraine St. for creators. Studios come with 24-hour access, unlimited access to Sweet Lorraine Gallery, 12-foot walls, and rooftop balcony. Kitchens, bathrooms, and slop sinks are available for you as well as studio spaces. Studios range from 100 to 400 sq. ft. with 12-foot walls to the ceiling. Two sets of outlets are available for artists, and users can control if the ventilation fans are on or off. This is a single-floor facility with 107 studios differing size. Artists and Makers have access to bathrooms, kitchenettes, slop sinks, vending machines, spray booth, and a small library in this facility. In the summer, the rooftop balcony at Sweet Lorraine Gallery provides a nice spot for grilling.
