The studios range from 100 to 400 sq. ft. with 12-foot ceilings that allow for versatility and privacy. The creators' community, comprising over 120 artists, provides a lively environment that gets support and collaboration. Tenants have 24-hour facility access, including Sweet Lorraine Gallery and the rooftop balcony. However, some artists indicated that the management downgrades the studio as it reportedly raises rent without notice, sells essential equipment, and compromises the art community. The lack in the support of a community space makes some artists label that space as disposable and unsustainable. This location's merits include convenient workspaces, a supportive community, and essential design facilities. Ti Art Studios is a top-10 New York City artists' workshop.
