Testimonials From Customers I hired the Window Repair team to repair my store windows after a break-in, and I was impressed. Police. Glass crunched under my shoes as I let them in. I was stressed, embarrassed, and that showed. I’ve had horrifying experiences with emergency glaziers before, so I was hesitant to believe what I was hearing. However, their service was prompt, professional, and charged exactly as the phone estimate quoted. I would gladly use them again.-One customer The repair was good. However, the experience was unprofessional. I had an appointment from 12-1 PM and no one showed up. They didn’t communicate. I had to reach out at 1 PM and was told the technician was 30-40 mins away, two hours late. After repairing, my team was pressured for payment while I was leading a 2:30 PM work meeting—the purpose of booking the earlier time. I received several calls and texts insisting I “have to pay,” and after my payment evidence was sent, they told me I “clearly didn’t pay.” They left a smoked cigarette on my building stairs and stayed parked on my street afterward, creating an uncomfortable feeling. The customer service team later apologized, but the overall experience was extremely unprofessional. I will not use them again.-One Customer Windows Repair NYC totally sucks. They took a deposit for a sliding door repair. They told us it would be quick. Five months later, the door is still broken, they still have our money, and it has been difficult to communicate. Right now I am trying to get a refund. The company’s services are poor- stay away.-One Customer
