They mishandled every part of the estate process, resulting in costly delays, misfiled paperwork, and constant mistakes. Important documents were not filled, and they couldn’t even keep track of basic deadlines. Their lack of responsiveness was shocking; phone calls, emails, and messages went ignored for weeks at a time, leaving me with no idea what was going on.
