Customer feedback summary: 1. We love Island Xtreme Cheerleading! I cannot say enough amazing things about these cheer coaches! My child did gymnastics for an entire year and still couldn’t do a cartwheel. After coming here, in just 8 weeks, she’s not only doing cartwheels, she’s doing them with confidence and a huge smile on her face. The coaches are incredible: patient, encouraging, and truly gifted at teaching tumbling in a way kids understand. They break things down, celebrate progress (big and small), and create such a positive environment that my child actually believes in herself now, which is priceless. The growth we’ve seen isn’t just physical, it’s emotional, too. Confidence, determination, and excitement to learn every week. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This place is the real deal, and we are so grateful we found it! Highly, highly recommend!! 2. Awful experience. I signed my daughter up in in May 2025 for a what I thought was a cheerleading class starting in September 2025. It was a $50 registration fee and $130 for the first payment installment. In June 2025 my daughter decided she was scared of stunting and did not want to do cheerleading. I asked to be removed from the class and be refunded as it didn’t start for another 3 months. The owner said it is a no refund policy and refused to refund me $180 even though my daughter never stepped into the gym and there were still open spots in the class. I said if they were not going to refund me I would have her come for the month of September since I already paid. She said if they stepped into the gym for 1 class they would charge me another $130! I asked if I could transfer the money to another student (my friend) and she said no that they also don’t allow transfers. So no refunds, she can’t attend for the 1 month I paid for in advance and no transfers. She said I could have a credit which I don’t want or need as my daughter does not want to do cheerleading. She left me with essentially no recourse and I am out $180 without ever entering the place. Awful customer service. I will make it my mission to tell everyone I know and post on all social media groups not to attend this cheerleading facility. Being that I have 2 girls and am very active in the community it wasn’t a smart move on their part. 3. Can’t create an account. It says my email is already associated [] with this place. I never created an account and when I tried to reset the password still never received any information or email to reset. 4. I initially thought this was a great place. I tried to implement my daughter in this facility for classes and special events. Then the drama began, the most uncultured person, her name is NICOLE, was rude, disrespectful, and extremely lazy to do any actual coordination or get things properly done as they are supposed to. I felt like I was talking to a zombie. So I decided to change facilities as I don’t need this kind of behavior in my life nor my daughters. And I was charged a fee more than necessary and she was asked to refund me she refused. I can't believe I went through a lot of unnecessary stress just because of their lack of expertise and unprofessional staff. Do yourself a favor and think twice before wasting your money and time on these rude, unprofessional, lazy, and uncultured staff. 5. Do not send your kid here. MIS_ _ _daughters of the owner and staff are allowed to change positions but not other students on the team. My daughter had her spot filled and they couldn’t do anything for my daughter. Such a horrible experience my daughter was crying. Save your money spend it somewhere else. Highly, highly recommend Island Xtreme Cheerleading!!
