We were disheartened with the end result of my daughter's case from November 23, 2023, when a criminal in a stolen car violently crashed into my daughter and six other innocent drivers in front of Marist College. Our case was assigned to Carmine C. and now a year and half later we received a form letter saying that she abandoned her case. At the very least she should get a couple hundred grand from Allstate, the insurance company that covered the criminal's car, for pain and suffering. Allstate states that they insure the vehicle not the driver. Well apparently RB agreed and the criminal walks away once again. God bless America. Thank you for your tireless effort in this case sirs.
