Wallace & Wallace, LLP Summary of Customer Feedback Disappointing service from the law firm. Called at the beginning of November the person answering the phone said she would have a lawyer call me back. I heard nothing so I called at the end of December. The man who answered said they could not help me. This is so frustrating. On the other hand, my company uses Wallace and Wallace for multiple reasons but mostly for evictions and we couldn't be happier with the service that they provide. Craig, Heather and the rest of the team are great at with they do and at communicating with my self and my team which helps us greatly. I would and have recommend them for your legal needs. I had they to represent us to close the house sale since we are out of state. The outcome was more than satisfactory. They made the process a breeze. Would definitely recommend. I just closed on my house and Wallace & Wallace was so great to work with. Martin Vonderau was wonderful. He was so responsive to my questions, let me know what to expect throughout the whole process and made sure to check in and reach out to other parties to keep them in task. I highly recommend this law office! They made our first time home buying experience smooth and easy. Marty was extremely helpful, very quick to respond and always kept us posted throughout the process. I used Wallace & Wallace for purchasing my new home. They came recommended from my realtor. I would recommend them for anyone that is going through the process of purchasing a new home. I especially want to thank Marty who was always in constant contact and would answer any email with lightening speed which was convenient with the stress of buying a new home. The staff was very informative and guided every step. Thank you to the whole staff, but a very big thank you to Marty that was the face of their corporation to me.
