Well we were in court waiting for him NO show! Call the lawyer that was working with him, he said they haven't worked together in almost a year and he could no longer help us as he is now a Monroe county prosecutor. Called his office, the person that answered was rude, when asked were he was. She stated not on calendar I don't know what you want me to do he is in court. Well that's a really good answer to give some one in a serious situation. I Went back into court to speak with the judge and told him what was said. Judge Dorn called him and we had to wait until the afternoon and go back to court. That was a year ago have not heard from him since, and the case is still on going. A lot of money for little to no service! Well the response that this so called lawwe just proves he does not know what he is doing. The cases is not over! It was not over two years ago as stated and we still have a court hearing to attend, so I guess we won't be expecting you to show up for that as well! The first court appearance I will remind you was in Phelps. You were a no show and called your former partner to attend. The we went to Canandaigua court which Chris was there the first time and no one showed the second time. The moment I reached out to Adam, he took me under his wing.
