I had to sell our company on these services, and James has made believers out of them. I also purchased a video showcase, which will be shot in our offices in 2 weeks. She is always responsive and very helpful. She goes above and beyond and is an asset to our client experience. 3. Cgi does not deliver what they promise! Within 1.5 yrs I have been 3 different agents. The company promised 1st page google results and I have never been close. I got a lot of lip service from there people and very little results. Grasping for excuses as to why my site is not where it should be. I would say this is a start up company working out of a garage. I have asked for my website sign over to me since I paid for it and they now come up with a $500 fee to release it. This is not in the contract anywhere. Also, sent a bill to me after I fired them. Stating I signed a 12 month contract. Also, not in the contract. Stay away from this company. Run away as fast as you can. They take your money! 4. Would not recommend to any new business looking to promote there business. Not much short of a scam. New Buisness beware. Do not fall victim to there catchy sales team. They provide little to know value once into a contract 5. My partners make my job easy. As executive director of a long-term care community, I highly recommend them to busy executives who don't have the time or expertise to stay on top of Google's ever-changing algorithm demands. They are smart, friendly and supportive--and well worth the money! 6. Top-notch team and always on top of our website 7. I am most impressed with Jessica Balch. She brings tremendous enthusiasm to our quarterly meetings and demonstrates a thorough knowledge of how best to present our website so it is available for those seeking our mediation services.
