I initially spoke with Charie, who was professional and took all my case details and requested documents/photos via email, which I submitted. However, it has now been three weeks with zero communication. I’ve followed up four times and haven't received so much as a ‘we can’t take your case’ email. I've never had to think about suing, acid she explained the process and based on my information was able to explain the limits of my case based on insurance.
