When I started experiencing some issues with my company's website, and the originating developer, I placed a call with Mark at Scriptable. Although my work was outside the scope of Scriptable's normal duties, they made an exception for my company and offered to help us out. I was placed with Adam, an account executive, that took on the role of helping my company with the issues we were experiencing. Right off the bat I knew I was in good hands. Adam was was sincerely professional, extremely knowledge, patient, diligent to resolve our problems, and let nothing slip through any crack. It was amazing service!! Adam was on top of everything and worked with other vendors to make sure my company's issues were resolved. And, yes, the issues my company was having are fixed and the relief I feel now, as the owner, compared to previously, is great. It's not just the high quality work that Adam did, it was also the feeling that we were in good hands and that at the end of the day our issues would be behind us. I can honestly tell any business owner don't waste your valuable time and resources calling anyone else in this industry. Don't do it. Call Scriptable. Tim & Deb Smith13. I found Scriptable Solutions through a Google search when I was desperately trying to find someone to help me redesign my website. My former website company had disappeared into thin air and I was stuck with an outdated website. After a little research, I found out that this company was started by 2 brothers, Mark and Eric Caron. Mark returned my inquiry call and we talked about my needs for about 45 minutes. What really convinced me to go with these guys was the fact that they actually build all of their client's websites. They do not use a template like Wordpress which comes with many complications and limitations. My former website company used Wordpress. Mark explained that a website design company that uses Wordpress would be like hiring an accountant who uses TaxAct to do your taxes. Yes, they can probably do it better than you could using those templates, but it still isn't the right way to do it. I was convinced! To start, I worked closely with Ashley, who helped me redesign my Home Page. Any changes I wanted made, I simply sent in an email with a list and she was able to follow my instructions and make all the changes correctly! After the Home Page was finalized, I was moved to Nicole who helped me put together all of my pages based on the navigational tabs on my Home Page. Again, lots of back and forth on things I wanted differently done and none of it was a problem. Finally, I was then passed on to the final step, which was working on the E-commerce portion with the other founding brother, Eric. Again, very professional was willing to help me with any tweaks or changes that I wanted. We even made changes after we had finalized the website and online orders had started to come in. They sent me video tutorials on how to make my own changes and upload photos to my site as well. In the end, I had to have a video call with Eric to go over the finishing touches and it was great to put a face to a name! One of the most endearing parts of this whole process was how different the brothers Mark and Eric are from each other!! They are definitely both very good at what they do and have hired competent staff as well. Kudos and 5 stars!! Great service. Great communication.Mark and Eric redesigned my company website and it came out fantastic. It looks better than I ever could have imagined. I'd highly recommend Scriptable to any client needing a quality website.
