1. Called on Sunday, got a call back right away, and service was scheduled for 9:30 am on Monday. Technicians arrived at 9 am and resolved the issue very quickly. Highly recommend.
2. Happy with the service. The fact that Neil had previously worked on me boiler years ago. Didn’t have much interaction with his partner but was very happy with Noel. I will definitely ask for him in the future

Installation crew arrived on time, was efficient and timely completed the job. Walk through was clear. Crew was professional and courteous.

8. Neil was the best tech they've sent yet. However this is visit 5 to service a brand new unit. The Rinnai combo unit has not worked right since it was installed. In my humble opinion it was installed incorrectly from the beginning!
Every few months the unit shuts down and I'm without heat!
The techs are overworked and always running late! Jockey just doesn't care. They have my $12K fir the unit and an additional $200 for a service contract.
If you're thinking of investing in a new furnace, shop elsewhere.
