I have had a horrible experience I call and leave several messages and get no calls returned and when I do the person says they are short staff. They offered me one amount and then emailed me a document to sign for half of what they said I was getting and said the other half was for possible medical bills. I told her I would wait and didn’t sign then they sent me medical bills from my insurance and told me I was in some financial trouble and I might not get anything they ask me to review it and the medical statement had nothing to do with my accident They had me call the doctor and do all the footwork. I still didn’t get anything settlement, but I didn’t sign even though she told me most of our clients would have just taken the money. I told her no thanks, they were getting paid way more than me, and I was the injured one. That was in April of 2025, now I call to check the status, I left a few messages and no calls returned. and still no payments, and I finished all treatments – I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
