Would recommend to anyone. My go to for any home repairs. Josh and his team installed an oven, hood range/microwave, and installed new waterlines under our sink. We’ve had Josh and his crew do multiple projects to help make our house a home and we would definitely have them for future work. Our projects included removing and installing flooring, repairing and painting walls and ceilings, installing light fixtures and switches. They also removed an old toilet from our basement, mitigated the mold and moisture problem and replaced it with a beautiful new half bathroom. Outside we had our house completely resided after the siding was damaged and they replaced our front porch. I would recommend Home Improvement Contracting for any project. Josh and his crew installed a new bay window and did it in one day. The job required tedious extra trim work and was perfect in every way and with no mess. In prep, they covered all the furniture and made sure there was no dust and debris in the house. The entire process from selecting and ordering the window to the installation was exactly what we expected and the price was so much better than other contractors we contacted. Joshua (owner/manager) demoed and rebuilt back deck/porch. Demoed and reframed/replaced front stairs. Replaced front storm door and tacked falling siding/roof. Also replaced mortar in my chimney that has wore away over time. From start to completion, Joshua was thorough with explaining what work was being done to cost ratio. Any questions I had he answered in a very timely fashion. Joshua stopped to show me during the projects any safety concerns, explaining without pushing me to expand costs for completion. Contract was easily understood and he came over on a Saturday for signing. Weather delayed project slightly, Joshua called/txt and made sure that his team was able to what they could until rain started/stopped to keep on task. Home repairs, remodeling can be stressful and honestly Joshua made the whole process stress free!!! Joshua and his team did an incredible build for the deck and front porch. Very experienced craftsman. Lead his team very well and they were respectable and hard workers!! All work surpassed my expectation!
