Customer review summary BEST DENTIST EVER!! Can't say enough good things about this place. Staff is so friendly, the moment you walk in you feel like family. Dr. Episcopio has been my dentist for over 10 years and I won't go anywhere else. He is so thorough and gentle. He completes all of his own cleanings, which is rare and also personalizes a lot of the cleanings. Yesterday Gabi the hygienist cleaned my teeth and she was probably the most gentle hygienist ever. She is so kind and caring and so gentle. I appreciate how thorough they are with dental care as well. I moved to California about 9 months ago and went to a dentist in Santa Barbara. After looking at my teeth, my dentist showed me images of my current fillings that were done by Dr. Episcopio and that there was still decay UNDERNEATH them. Meaning, Dr. Episcopio did not remove all the decay before filling my back molars with a resin-based filling. There were also small cavities on other teeth that have been there longer than 9 months, which I was NOT informed about by Dr. Episcopio. See in the pictures posted: (these were taken by my current dentist AFTER he drilled through the fillings done by Episcopio). You can see under the milky filling there is still decay, another you can see the tooth where it is beginning to crack due to the decay under a different filling. It will cost me about $5,000 to get these refilled. I suggest a different dentist. I LOVE coming to this dentist office. I have been a patient for years and I have never had a bad experience. The front office staff, the dental assistants, the hygienist, Amanda, and of course, Dr. Episcopio are all wonderful people. I appreciate the state-of-the-art technology used by Dr. Episcopio; it's brilliant. His billing is honest, and the staff has been so accommodating in helping me get the most from my dental insurance. Dr. Episcopio is truly an artist; he is so gentle and thorough with the injections that I hardly feel any pain. He is a kind, confident professional who makes every visit pleasant. It is worth the trip to Elizabethtown to see him. Their new office is so beautiful, I feel right at home when I visit. Always feel amazing after I leave. The service is exemplary, and everyone from the front office staff to the hygienists is wonderful. Dr. Episcopio is a consummate professional and outstanding dentist. Their rooms are immaculate, and their technology is state-of-the-art. My recent appointment was during this holiday season, and the Christmas tree in the waiting room was adorned in Victorian ornaments with wimsical gold toothbrushes, so lovely. The best dentist I have ever been to and the staff is amazing. Best dentist!! Entire office is always friendly and Dr. Episcopio always provides what could be an anxiety ridden experience a fun and gentle one. They are the best! The hygienist, I believe her name is Theresa, is pretty cute too!! It’s a lot for me to go to the dentist, I have a lot of anxiety about it. Every time I leave Dr. Episcopio’s office I am extremely thankful and grateful that he is not only kind and very patient, but also an exceptional dentist! Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. Dr. E is excellent in his abilities, explains everything he is doing. You can feel confident that you have the best in dental work possible!! Most people don’t look forward to a dentist visit but I actually do!! It’s always a great experience whether I’m getting a cleaning or a dental procedure. I want to give the hygienist, Amanda, credit for giving me the most thorough dental cleaning I have ever had. Dr.Episcopio is extremely kind and made me feel like he strives for the the highest quality of care regarding his approach to dental treatment while also giving me options. Highly recommend this office if your as picky as I am about doctors and dentists. Highly recommend! Dr Episcopio takes excellent care of my teeth! The staff is efficient and friendly. Wait times are short and they always accommodate me quickly when I have an emergency. The offices are clean and comfortable and the outside of the building is so beautiful. It's such a relief to have a dentist you can trust to give you a beautiful smile. Always 5-stars…always there for us, fantastic, helpful and friendly staff…and always great dental work!! Thank you! Though I was nervous, such a pleasant experience. The staff and Dr. Episcopio are absolutely the BEST. Accommodating and extremely nice. The office was always a clean and hygienic place - this continues during the pandemic and patient and staff safety protocols are in place to ensure comfort and care. The hygienists are incredibly talented and very personable (Karen is AMAZING!) and Dr. Lenny is equally personable and professional!
