I am a first time patient to Perri Robert J DDS's office in Warwick NY. I had an appointment today and I must say it was such a pleasant experience. Dr Perri and all of his staff are so courteous, kind, caring, gentle and helpful. I'm a nervous person when it comes to dental work. I was put at ease so quickly and remained that way throughout my visit. I definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a dentist to call Dr Perri. 5. Great dentist 6. I had a tooth pulled and a temporary cap put on another tooth a month ago at this office, I was told that the office was contacting my insurance about getting a bridge put in. After waiting 2 weeks and not hearing back from this office I reached out to get an update and they reassured me that they reached out to the insurance and we’re waiting to hear back and that sometimes it takes up to a month to hear back. A month has passed and I’ve heard nothing back from this office so I called to get another update and this time I was reassured that someone would be getting back to me the following week with an update. I wait the whole week and never hear back from this office so Monday morning I call and leave a message ( it’s the only way of getting in contact because they never answer the phone) and ask for an update and explain that I waited a week and never heard back from them. The receptionist finally calls me back and they couldn’t have had a worse attitude, telling me that they were out on vacation last week and it’s not their fault no one got back to me. Then she proceeds to tell me that she’ll have to speak to the doctor because they don’t have any care plan on file. This is after being in contact with them multiple times throughout the month and being reassured every time that they were waiting to hear back from insurance. The receptionist tells me she’ll have to speak to the doctor and then call me back. She calls back 2 hours later and leaves a message telling me that my next appointment would be to get a tooth filling, an appointment that I’ve never been informed about during the multiple conversations with them. Never brings up the bridge or the crown, so I guess I’m supposed to just live with the giant gap in my mouth and a temporary crown that’ll inevitably break and I’ll end up losing the tooth. My absolute worst experience at the dentist I’ve ever been to!!!!! 8. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Perri and his dental staff. My handicapped sister with special needs had been suffering from dental pain and struggling to communicate where it hurt. Dr. Perri and his team were incredibly kind, patient, and skilled in helping my sister get the relief she needed. They took the time to befriend her and make her feel comfortable, which is no small feat with someone who has difficulty communicating. Thanks to Dr. Perri and his compassionate care, my sister is pain-free and smiling again. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone in need of dental care. 9. Dr. Perri is a dedicated and skillful dentist. I cannot thank him enough for his excellent treatment for the past 23 years of being my dentist. My Mom (77) needed dental work and I decided to book an appointment. Nobody really wants to go to a dentist and it is horrible seeing a loved one go through a dental/anxiety-ridden experience. The opposite was true here! Dr. Perri was charming, thorough, and informative. He created a strategy and plan to get my Mom/s smile back to 100 percent. I was moved to write this review because our experience at Dr. Perri's office was fantastic on every level! It is my pleasure to highlight his expertise and excellent service! 13. I went to Dr. Perri's office as a new patient today and had a good experience. I did make the appointment several weeks in advance. The staff was kind enough to call me to come in earlier than my appointment because they were ahead of schedule today. My hygienist, Sue, was very knowledgeable and thorough, and the cleaning was 100% pain-free. Dr. Perri was also very insightful and answered my questions. The office was very clean. I picked here just based on researching online reviews, and I'm glad I did. 14. Dr. Perri and his team of highly skilled dental professionals have provided my family and me excellent and robust dental care for at least ten years. With pleasant experiences both inside the office and via phone, I cannot recommend my local dentist enough. Some folks prefer one hygienist to another, but I have not found one who did not click with me. (Not that hygienists "click" by definition, they scrape.)
