Although I deposited the amount, he informed me two months later that 'there was no case'. The most outrageous thing is that he pretends to charge me $175 for each call made, while most of the time I talked to his secretary. I feel that he took advantage of my pain. I have already reported the charge to my card and filed a complaint with the White Plains Bar Committee. I do not recommend this office; my experience was a total lack of ethics and empathy."By reporting it to the Grievance Committee of the Ninth Judicial District in White Plains. In June, I received multiple stacked citations from NYSP across two different county courts. As a first time offender, and young driver I searched online for an Attorney, I came across Tilem & Associates and decided to move forward despite the higher cost, and I have absolutely no regrets. What began involving 20+ potential points across two courts was resolved with **non-moving violations and zero points.** They truly saved my license! Special thanks to Nicole Walker, Cheryl, and Robert Schechter. They went above and beyond for my case even in the courtroom, answered all my stupid questions, and were insanely thorough start to finish. I would highly recommend Tilem & Associates to anyone facing serious traffic violations despite the higher cost, in the end it was so worth it.
