Although I deposited the amount, he informed me two months later that 'there was no case'. The most outrageous thing is that he pretends to charge me $175 for each call made, while most of the time I talked to his secretary. I feel that he took advantage of my pain. I have already reported the charge to my card and filed a complaint with the White Plains Bar Committee. I do not recommend this office; my experience was a total lack of ethics and empathy."By reporting it to the Grievance Committee of the Ninth Judicial District in White Plains. In June, I received multiple stacked citations from NYSP across two different county courts. As a first time offender, and young driver I searched online for an Attorney, I came across Tilem & Associates and decided to move forward despite the higher cost, and I have absolutely no regrets. What began involving 20+ potential points across two courts was resolved with **non-moving violations and zero points.** They truly saved my license! They went above and beyond for my case even in the courtroom, answered all my stupid questions, and were insanely thorough start to finish. I would highly recommend Tilem & Associates to anyone facing serious traffic violations despite the higher cost, in the end it was so worth it.
