Customer feedback summary: 1. Hired Gifted Design Lab to rework my website and set up a Google ads campaign. Total waste of time and money. Their “design” work was subpar and they never even started the Google ads work. I was really hoping to not have to write a review like this, but repeated attempts to resolve this have been ignored. I was hoping they would do the right thing by either completing what they were contracted to do or issue a refund but that is not the case. Very disappointing, unethical and unprofessional experience.2. When I started my business, I hired a web designer and an SEO expert to get my website up and running. Check! For the next two years, I tried to advertise, putting in place the bits of marketing knowledge I'd learn from free seminars, articles I read, and YouTube videos. I thought this was the best thing for my company, all in the name of saving money. Well, what a waste of time that was. Tired of not getting enough business, I hired Gifted Design Lab. Jonathan and Daniel graciously showed me what was not working with my current website, how they could improve it, and how they would set up my AdWords campaign. Their proposal alone was already way more extensive than the service I received with the initial web designer and SEO expert I hired so I knew I was in good hands. GDL rebuilt my website to be much more SEO-focused. I decided to be in charge of the copy, and they still went above and beyond to give me feedback on how things sounded and looked on the website. Before my AdWords campaign went live, Jonathan walked me through the campaign and the dashboard in detail so that I was familiar with what was happening. On the day that my AdWords campaign went live, I got two inquiries. Ten days after, I more than earned back what I paid GDL and for running the ads. I'm happy to report that since I hired GDL a year ago, my return on investment is 676%! Even though it seems daunting to hand over "a huge chunk of money" for these services, that ROI speaks for itself. Don't waste your time trying to figure out SEO/running ads by yourself.
