I was given a hard deadline by the seller's agent to sign for a home buy. Laura Giacomini was commissioned to represent me through my agent. My agent assured me in writing (email) that she had the contracts in hand 6 days before the deadline. 3 days before the deadline I had still received no form of communication from Laura. I contacted her Monday (3 days before deadline) and she said she had still not received the contracts from the sellers agent. Sellers agent claims to have sent the contract to her three days prior. Laura claims it was due to an email problem that she didn't receive the contract. Laura contacted the sellers agent and was able to get copies by midday Monday.
