Modern Vitality Med Spa is a Nurse Practitioner-owned facility in Northeast Ohio. Our goal is to provide advanced personal care to our clients. Modern Vitality's highly educated, motivated, and personable staff are dedicated to helping you look and feel your best. We empower women to live life on their terms and offer compassionate care that is both professional and kind. Our goal is to elevate natural beauty and encourage moments of self-care. Each client will get a FREE consultation and a detailed treatment/skin plan for the future. If required, extra consultations may be arranged for $50. We kindly ask that you cancel appointments at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may result in a $50 fee.
