I showed up for an appointment and I was not even on the books and had just took on a case 15 mins prior to my appointment but still retained them! They had my case for 2 months and after 2 weeks Paige sent me an email letting me know they had requested my medical records email within weeks of taking my case. I called to follow up w Paige 6 weeks later about them as well as other questions and never received response for and she let me know that they were all very busy working on a large case and have been working on binders and hadn’t had time to start requesting my records. She also let me know that they had 2 years to file my case. I immediately found another atty! Andrew Burton has represented me for the past 3 years of a civil case (slip-and-fall) and appeal. I have been very pleased and impressed with his professionalism and commitment to my case.
