Customer Reviews: Tiffani from Dr. Palmer's office was great! Went in for a free consultation for laser hair removal and electrolysis and she was so nice, patient, and thorough. I had a lot of questions and follow-ups about how everything worked — probably about 40 minutes worth of Q&A — and she answered everything without any annoyance, and also allayed all of my fears. She also didn't push for me to sign up for anything on the spot, but I was so put at ease from her expertise that I ended up deciding to do a first session of facial hair removal that same day. The experience was painless, quick, and way easier than I could have imagined. The office is top-notch, super clean, and the staff very friendly and professional. I am super impressed by how knowledgeable they all are, how easy the procedure was, and how helpful Tiffani was. Just absolutely amazing and professional. 1. Short wait time, everything explained. Very pleased with results! 5. Everyone including Dr. Palmer are very nice and kind. Dr. Palmer is the best dermatologist I have ever had by a long measure. The only thing that I will say that is somewhat negative is my greatest fear is that he will retire eventually. He is full of experience on every dermatologic issue and if he has any concerns at all about whether you are deserving of special treatment that he does not feel comfortable with then he will refer you to a specialist who can do the procedure as in a cosmetic surgeon. He does do some laser work and other things that I have no ideas what they are. Dr. Palmer is a superb dermatologist and a wonderful person. 6. Dr Palmer is a wonderful dermatologist. We love him! 7. Very nice doctor’s office. 10. I have been a patient for 8 years. I have had exceptional care and results. My last visit 6/11/2026 was more of the same. I had been working with another dermatologist on a skin condition for years and the only options provided were repeated cryo which wasn’t working. The first time I met with Dr Palmer for a second opinion, he provided several options and recommended laser treatment. He was also passionate about his profession and appreciate his sharing of knowledge.
